Mithril Maul is a level 30 two-handed blunt weapon for Warriors that gives +52 W.ATK, with 7 upgrade slots. Monsters listed as dropping it, not yet confirmed, include Ligator. NPC shops pay 6,500 mesos for it.
Maps with the most spawn points of a mob that drops this, counted rates first. A spawn point is a place a mob can appear, not a count of mobs alive at once.
