From store sales seen on launch week and prices players report here. Prices are mesos per unit.
No price for unscrolled copies yet, so this one mixes every copy, scrolled ones included. Median of the newest sales of the last 3 days (up to 10), from a summary of 4 sales seen over about the last week. The middle half of those sales were 290K to 525K. Few sales, so treat this as rough. No player reports in the last 30 days yet.
Maps with the most spawn points of a mob that drops this, counted rates first. A spawn point is a place a mob can appear, not a count of mobs alive at once.
