Blue Qi Pao Pants is a level 20 pants for Thieves that gives +2 DEX and +23 W.DEF, with 7 upgrade slots. Don Hwang sells it for 4,800 mesos, and monsters listed as dropping it, not yet confirmed, include Green Mushroom.
Maps with the most spawn points of a mob that drops this, counted rates first. A spawn point is a place a mob can appear, not a count of mobs alive at once.
