Pick an equip and a stat. It works out what a +N copy costs to make yourself, clean copy and scrolls at the shop price or player sale price, whichever is lower, failures and broken copies included. Where sales of finished copies are known, it puts them side by side.

Earring STR Scroll: Chaos10% for +4, 50% to break the item on a fail–no shop price or sales seenSuccess and break chances are from the game files, not tested in Classic World. A price is the NPC shop price or the 30-day player price, whichever is lower. Player prices come from store sales seen on launch week and prices players report here; a mix of the two is an estimate. A shop may sell only to citizens of its town: open a scroll to see which shop has it. Scrolls with no shop price and fewer than 3 sales are left out of the sums.
Estimates. “Make it” is the expected cost of one finished copy: clean copies and scrolls at the prices above, using the cheapest scroll at each step and starting again on a new copy when one breaks or runs out of slots. A failed copy counts as worth nothing, so selling it would bring the cost down. We do not collect sales of scrolled copies yet, so only the make-it cost is shown.
