- It seems Roxy of Kerning City Civic Center knows something about a doctor named Niora.
- In progress
- Roxy of Kerning City Civic Center told me what she knew. According to her, Niora was once a fairly well-known doctor here in Kerning City, but one day, after an accident at his hospital took the life of a young girl, he vanished from the city. She said she didn't know where Niora had gone, but suggested I go see Nella if I wanted to learn more.
Only characters at Level 37 or higher can complete this quest. - Completed
- I went to meet Nella to try and track down Dr. Niora's whereabouts. I do hope I can get some useful information out of this.
