The Rotten Mushrooms have scattered the old name-charms all over the deep tunnels. Collect 30 Decayed Charms from them in map 10006160 and map 10006161, and bring them to Jaime the Wandering Explorer.

I brought the Decayed Charms to Jaime the Wandering Explorer. While cleaning them, he found one with the same mark as the cover of Elda's journal.
